  43. I am a grad student conducting research in the area of image processing.  I
  44. have noticed with great interest that there are files containing satellite
  45. photos of hurricane HUGO available via ftp.  Unfortunately, our campus is not
  46. currently connected to INTERNET.  We are in the process of lobbying our
  47. University administration for access.

  49. However, I would greatly appreciate getting a copy of the HUGO images.  If any
  50. one can help by emailing them to me or advising me of an alternate method, I
  51. would be greatly appreciative.

  66.   Pray tell how proteins and acids have this intelligence and knowledge of the
  67. existance of the universe, and how they can plan mutations to produce
  68. star-travelling civilizations? You are proposing a new god. That is its
  69. correct category. Either Theology is the Queen of the sciences or else this
  70. belongs in talk.origins, or some discussion on religion and philosophy.
  71.   Personally I do believe that areas of study inter-relate, but due to the
  72. prevalence of bigotry, let us at least acknowledge this.
